Painted in July 2019 this artwork features a man called Bob Jackson who runs an art shop in Southampton. He also likes to paint portraits between serving customers art materials, and has an easel set up between the cash till and street window. Here he can be seen taking a break from painting. The painting he is working on is actually a portrait of myself! Bob is a well known and liked figure in the local art scene.
The painting measures 23” x 33” approx and is painted in oils on mounting board.
