Horse with burnt tree

12" x 10" oil on canvas board

This painting was done in April 2016 in oils on a 12” x 10” board in a day. The setting is the New Forest, Hampshire in the south of the UK and the picture shows a horse eating grass amongst the remains of a broken and burnt (probably for control) tree.
